It is a privilege to serve SSBC as a coach, Team Leader and shareholder. Some of my favorite aspects of coaching include encouraging industry leaders to lead from the heart (from their true authentic self), and encouraging salon professionals to build a career where they can manifest wealth and happiness.

At the end of the day this industry is all about relationships – and helping to make a difference in someone’s life is the most rewarding thing I have ever done in my own career. I remember being told in high school that I would never understand math – and that I would never be as “smart” as my fellow students. This experience held me back for years, until I finally realized that it was the TEACHER and not the STUDENT. Summit provided me with a roadmap for how to be successful in business, and now I pass that knowledge on to others.

Watching salon owners and their teams accomplish things they never thought were possible warms my heart in so many ways. My mission in life is to help make a difference by providing hope, love, and support to industry professionals – wherever they may be in their journey. It’s amazing to watch salon owners achieve growth and profitability.

In addition to my career with Summit, I am a former owner and stylist, and I am leadership development certified by John C. Maxwell. I love animals, cars (yes cars!), and I love to dance!
