I absolutely love what I do. I love that the professional beauty industry allows us to be authentically ourselves in a fun environment while making someone feel beautiful and earning an exceptional income. In my early years as a salon leader, I always had great ideas but needed more time to bring them to life. That's why Summit was such a game-changer for me. It provided the structure and tools I needed to make my company a well-oiled machine, which allowed my staff to focus on the creative things they love.

My "why" is mired in witnessing the transformation and power of the Summit Systems. Watching service providers who were once struggling financially completely transform into having more than enough is incredible. To see their confidence and pride in themselves, knowing they don't have to depend on another for financial freedom, is life changing.

My journey started as a commission service provider and then as an independent contractor, and eventually, I purchased an independent contractor salon. After attending Summit and implementing their strategies, I experienced crazy growth and became a huge Summit fan. That's when I decided to become a Summit coach, team leader, and shareholder.

I was in the US Air Force and lived in Guam for three years. It was an invaluable experience that taught me so much about myself and the world around me.
