Our industry is so special. We are professional providers of self-confidence! I think that salon owners are some of the most courageous, compassionate people in the world. I love having an opportunity to serve them every day.

SSBC helps salon owners focus on why they wanted to become a salon owner in the first place—to make others feel and look their best. I love that as a company we provide tools that can produce financial freedom, organization, growth and mental clarity for salon owners and their employees. The services we offer at SSBC help salon owners get their lives back, both financially and personally. The systems we teach change the lives of those we serve.

I started my 20-year Stylist career as a self-employed stylist right out of cosmetology school. I eventually (and thankfully) found my way home to a Summit salon company. I became an educator and shareholder in our salon company and then a National Artist for Kérastase. I recently stepped away from behind the chair and now act as Chief Operating Officer and Growth Facilitator at Maribou Salon. We have 4 locations in California and will continue to expand.

I love volunteering my time for a good cause. I served as PTA President at my children's school for two years. I also enjoy working out daily—it makes me feel my best both mentally and physically.
