My journey with Summit began when I stepped through the doors of City Pointe Beauty Academy in 2010. I remember being impressed by the Summit culture and systems there. After graduation, I was able to work at my first Summit salon, and with dedication and hard work, I quickly navigated the career path to become a level 4 stylist, mentoring associates and sharing the mindset that had so inspired me. In a few short years after that, I ascended to a level 6 stylist, a testament to the growth and servant leadership roles that seemed to come naturally to me.

The year 2020 marked a new chapter as I ventured to Kansas City, starting as a level 2 at a L’Oréal Professionnel Black Elite Summit salon. Even in the unfamiliarity of a new city, the Summit systems and strategies were my compass, and I soared to level in just three years.

Now, with two associates by my side and a dynamic career as a stylist and educator, I am eager to nurture the next generation of associate educators. I'm passionate about imparting the wisdom of our industry, teaching service providers how to be part of that top 20%, and guiding them to grow bigger, better, and faster.

Outside of work, my heart longs to explore and travel the world. My goal is to discover three new places every year. I find solace in journaling daily, and nothing brings me more joy than decorating for Halloween and Christmas—it's when my creativity truly shines. I'm looking forward to meeting you and your team, ready to pass on the wisdom that was so generously shared with me.
